www.smileyprint.co.uk is a site operated by Printwise Limited ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 4402302 and have our registered office at 42-44 High Street, Felling, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear NE10 9LT. Our main trading address is the same as above.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller is Printwise Limited, 42-44 High Street, Felling, Gateshead, Tyne & Wear NE10 9LT. Our nominated representative for the purpose of the Act is Mark Parvin.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £60.00 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.
3. COOKIE POLICY
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site.
